Whoever finds your cat photographs it. That image is ranked against every record in the registry, and you're the one who confirms the match.

The history arrives with the animal
Owners ask you to take on a pet; you accept, and the full record opens — weight curve, vaccinations, every open case with the owner's own photos. Nothing is shared until you say yes, and either side can end it.
